Borad Sustainable Building အမည်ရ company ကို တည်ထောင်သူ ကျန်းယု (Zhang Yue) အား သာမန်လူတစ်ယောက်အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်လို့ မရနိုင်ပါ။ သာမန် သူလိုငါလို လူတစ်ယောက် ဆိုလျင် ပေ ၁၃၀ မြင့်တဲ့ အီဂျစ် ပစ်ရမတ်ပုံတူ အဆောက်အဦကြီးကို ဟူနန်ပြည်နယ်မှာ ဆောက်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းရဲ့ corporate campus လုပ်ပြီး နေမှာ မဟုတ်ပါ။ သာမန်လူ သာမန် အတွေး အခေါ်ရှိတဲ့ သူဆိုရင် air-condition တွေကို အဓိကထားထုပ်လုပ်နေတဲ့ company ကို နည်းပညာ အသစ်အဆန်းတွေသုံးပြီး မိုးထိမြင့်တဲ့ တိုက်တွေဆောက်တဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းဆီသို့ ဦးဆောင်လမ်းပြမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ သာမန်လူ ဆိုလျင် မိုးထိမြင့်တဲ့ အဆောက်အဦးတွေကို လူ့သမိုင်းတလျောက်လုံး ဘယ်သူမှမလုပ်နိုင်ခဲ့ဘူးတဲ့ အမြန်နှုန်းနဲ့ ဆောက်လိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ 

အခုအချိန်တွင် BIM ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလုံးကို ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလောကမှာ အတော်များများ ပြောသံဆိုသံတွေ ကြားလာကြတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် BIM ဘာကြီးမှန်း သိဖို့နဲ့ ဘယ်သူတွေက ဘယ်ကိစ္စတွေမှာ သုံးနေတယ် သုံးကြတယ် ဆိုတာကို အတိအကျသိဖို့ လိုပါလိမ့်မယ်။ တစ်ချို့က BIM သည် software တစ်မျိုးလို့ပြောတယ်။ တစ်ချို့က BIM သည် အဆောက်အဦးတွေရဲ့ 3D model လို့ဆိုကြပြန်တယ်။ တစ်ခြားလူတွေက BIM ဆိုတာ အဆောက်အဦးနဲ့ ပတ်သက်တဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေ အကုန်လုံးကို သေသေခြာစုဆောင်း ပေးနိုင်တဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် တစ်ခုလို့ ရှုင်းပြကြပြန်တယ်။ တစ်ကယ်တော့ BIM ဆိုတာ ခုနကပြောခဲ့တဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာတွေ အကုန်လုံးထက် အများကြီးကိုပိုသ ပြီးလုပ်ဆောင်ပေးနိုင် ပါသေးတယ်။  သာမန်လူတစ်​ေယာက်၊ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလောက ပြင်ပကလူတစ်ယောက် နားလည်အောင် ရှင်းပြရရင် BIM ဆိုတာဖြစ်လာဖို့ အတွက် digital 3D model ကို စပြီးတည်ဆောက်ရတယ်။ အဲဒီ model က သာမန် 3D model ထက်ပိုပြီး အခက်အလက်တွေကို ထည့်သွင်း ဖေါ်ပြတယ်။ ဆိုကြပါစို့ လှပပြီး စိတ်ဝင်စား စရာကောင်းတဲ့ နံရံတွေရဲ့ ဆေးရောင်တွေ၊ texture တွေ ကိုတစ်ပါတည်း ထည့်သွင်းဖေါ်ပြလို့ရပါတယ်။ BIM model တစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာဖို့ဆိုရင် တစ်ကယ့်အဆောက်အဦးမှာ ပါတယ့် စိတ်အပိုင်းတွေ အက...

This is a Rank Company (British) medium budget production of a post war H. E. Bates novel. Well directed by Robert Parrish, the screen writing by Eric Ambler is quite good. It was shot on site in, what was then, Ceylon. (Same location as "Bridge on the River Kwai") The young Gregory Peck plays Bill Forrester a Canadian pilot in the RAF serving in far off Burma in the closing months of WWII. He flies a Mosquito, two seat, fighter bomber. (The actual aircraft was provided through the cooperation of the RAF and repainted in accurate camouflage and markings, for once.) Forrester, it seems, has gone "round the bend" after losing his new wife in the Blitz. He's self destructive, wanting to end it all in combat. "You'd think that would be easy in a war", he explains to Anna, "but I just kept getting medals instead."
