Management Management procurement is a method where construction work is completed using a series of separate works or trade contracts which the main contractor is responsible for managing. The contractor does not actually do the physical work, but is paid a sum for managing the project through the various works packages. The employer starts by appointing consultants and a contract administrator to prepare drawings, a project specification and cost plan. The employer has control over design throughout the project through their professional team. The contractor is appointed by negotiaiton or tender, and interview. The works packages are usually let by competitive tender. It is beneficial for the proposed contractor to be involved as early as possible as they will provide expertise in terms of buildability and programming of the works packages. Borad Sustainable Building အမည်ရ company ကို တည်ထောင်သူ ကျန်းယု (Zhang Yue) အား သာမန်လူတစ်ယောက်အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်လို့ မရနိုင်ပါ။ သာမန် သူလိုငါလို လူတစ်ယောက် ဆိုလျင် ပေ ၁၃၀ မြင့်တဲ့ အီဂျစ် ပစ်ရမတ်ပုံတူ အဆောက်အဦကြီးကို ဟူနန်ပြည်နယ်မှာ ဆောက်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းရဲ့ corporate campus လုပ်ပြီး နေမှာ မဟုတ်ပါ။ သာမန်လူ သာမန် အတွေး အခေါ်ရှိတဲ့ သူဆိုရင် air-condition တွေကို အဓိကထားထုပ်လုပ်နေတဲ့ company ကို နည်းပညာ အသစ်အဆန်းတွေသုံးပြီး မိုးထိမြင့်တဲ့ တိုက်တွေဆောက်တဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းဆီသို့ ဦးဆောင်လမ်းပြမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ သာမန်လူ ဆိုလျင် မိုးထိမြင့်တဲ့ အဆောက်အဦးတွေကို လူ့သမိုင်းတလျောက်လုံး ဘယ်သူမှမလုပ်နိုင်ခဲ့ဘူးတဲ့ အမြန်နှုန်းနဲ့ ဆောက်လိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

This is a Rank Company (British) medium budget production of a post war H. E. Bates novel. Well directed by Robert Parrish, the screen writing by Eric Ambler is quite good. It was shot on site in, what was then, Ceylon. (Same location as "Bridge on the River Kwai") The young Gregory Peck plays Bill Forrester a Canadian pilot in the RAF serving in far off Burma in the closing months of WWII. He flies a Mosquito, two seat, fighter bomber. (The actual aircraft was provided through the cooperation of the RAF and repainted in accurate camouflage and markings, for once.) Forrester, it seems, has gone "round the bend" after losing his new wife in the Blitz. He's self destructive, wanting to end it all in combat. "You'd think that would be easy in a war", he explains to Anna, "but I just kept getting medals instead." Mike Relm is an American DJ, turntablist, and VJ from San Francisco, California. He has performed with notable hip-hop artists Lyrics Born, Money Mark, Gift of Gab, Del tha Funkee Homosapien, and D-Sharp. In 1999 he won the International Turntablist Federation's USA competition. More recently he toured as part of Mike Patton's Peeping Tom project. As a solo artist, Relm is known for live performances which feature a series of audio mashups paired with video images, manipulated in real-time with a turntable-like device (e.g. Pioneer DVJ1000). Mike Relm toured with Blue Man Group from 2007-2008. He performed at the 2007 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Bonnaroo, as well as the renowned Audiotistic-Future Sound Festival which featured Outkast and Mos Def. In 2005 he released a DVD called Suit Yourself, which documents his time on the "Fourth Dimensional Rocketships" tour with Gift of Gab.

Seriously, I was arrested a few minutes ago. It was funny experience. Zaw: I would like to ask about my health. Thant: Ok, you can ask me. Zaw: Sorry to here that. My heart was beating too heard one day ago. Thant: You should consult with a doctor. Zaw: Yes, I did already. Pressure was ok. The hear beat was 75 per minutes which is ok. Thant: 75 per minutes means ok. 75 beat per minute means completely fine. Zaw: The doctor told me to take ECG. Tomorrow I will go hospital. It just heart beat was so rough. I thought that you may have suggestion before I go to the doctor. Thant: I have no idea. I'm no good in this issue. But don't worry so much. Medicines in these countries are very nice unlike Burma. It can cure you instantly. Zaw: I called my mother who is nurse. She is not at Yangon. So I only have you to ask...
