Once upon a time in Singapore, there is a enormous shopping center called Raffles City which held a colorful vinyl poster outside of its wall is located at the heart of the island state. As it is located in very important place, thousands and thousands of people passed trough in front of the building every week and observed the strange picture and murdered 'Splendid' soon after they gazed and found out the awe of it. တစ္ခ်ိန္တုန္းက စင္ကာပူဆိုတဲ့ ကြ်န္းႏိုင္ငံေလးရဲ့ ျမိဳ႔လယ္မွာ သိပ္ကိုၾကီးမားတဲ့ Raffles City လို႔ အမည္ရတဲ့ Shopping Center အၾကီးၾကီးတစ္ခုရွိသတဲ့။ အပတ္စဥ္ လူေထာင္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာတို႔ဟာ အဲဒီဆိုင္ၾကီးရဲ့ အျပင္ဖက္ နံရံမွာ အေရာင္အေသြးစံုလင္လွတဲ့ Vinyl Poster ၾကီးတစ္ခုရွိကို ဆိုင္ေရွ႔က ဖ်တ္သြားေငးၾကည့္ေလ့ရွိျပီး ဒီ Poster ၾကီးရဲ့ ထူးဆန္း အံၾသဖြယ္ အလွတရားကို ေတြ႔ရွိျပီေနာက္ လူတို္င္းက "သိပ္ကို အံၾသစရာေကာင္းပါလား" ဆိုတဲ့ စကားကို ေရရြတ္ေလ့ရွိၾကသတဲ့။ This was what we saw the vinyl in our naked eyes. အခုတစ်လော စင်ကာပူမှာ ကြားနေရတဲ့ သတင်းတွေအရ မြန်မာပြည်က လူအများစုက စင်ကာပူကို ဒီဇင်ဘာလကုန် သို့မဟုတ် တရုတ်နှစ်ကူးပြီး ကာလမှာ လာပြီး အလုပ်ရှာဖို့ အားခဲထားတယ် သိရပါတယ်။ ဗမာ အများစု သိထားတဲ့ အသိအရ စင်ကာပူမှာ အဲဒီအချိန်ရောက်ရင် လခစားဝန်ထမ်းတွေက bonus ထုပ်ပြီး တစ်ခြား ကုမ္မဏီ ကိုပြောင်းလေ့ရှိတာမို့ လစ်လပ်တဲ့နေရာတွေ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာပြီး အလုပ်အကိုင် အခွင့်အလမ်းတွေ ပေါများတဲ့ကာလ မို့လို့ အလုပ်ရဖို့ တစ်ခြား အချိန်တွေထက် ပိုပြီး အခွင့်အရေး ကောင်းတယ် လို့ယုံကြည်ကြပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအယူအဆဟာ အပြည့်အဝမှန်ကန်တယ်လို့ မဆိုနိုင်ပါဘူး။ ဘာကြောင့်လဲဆိုတာကို တစ်နိုင်သမျှ ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားပါ့မယ်။ စင်ကာပူမှာ ယေဘူရအားဖြင့် နိုင်ငံခြားသား ဆိုရင် officer မှပဲ bonus ရကြပါတယ်။ အခြေခံအလုပ်လုပ်တဲ့ သူတွေ၊ ရုံး စာရေးတွေ၊ အလုပ်သမားခေါင်း (foreman) ၊ အလုပ်ကြပ် (Supervisor) အဆင့် လုပ်ကိုင်သူ နိုင်ငံခြားသား တွေ ဟာ bonus ခံစားခွင့် ရရှိသူ အတော်ကို နည်းပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအဆင့်လောက်မှာ လုပ်ကိုင်သူတွေထဲက ကံအလွန်ကောင်းသူလောက်သာ bonus ရကြပါတယ်။ ပြောရမယ်ဆိုရင်ဖြင့် အဲဒီ level နဲ့ ကံကောင်းနေသူ ၅ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းထက် ပိုနိုင်စရာ အကြောင်းမရှိပါဘူး။ သူတို့ဟာ

A stitch in time save nine. အခ်ိန္မွီခ်ဳပ္ အစုပ္သက္သာ။ 11. A woman's place is in the home. 12. A woman's work never done. 13. An Absence makes the heart grow founder. 14. Actions speak louder than words. အေျပာမဟုတ္ အလုပ္နဲ႔ သက္ေသျပ။ 15. After a storm comes a calm.
